Anders Forss is Partner and Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution practice at Castrén & Snellman, where he represents clients in complex domestic and international arbitration and litigation. He regularly advises major corporations across sectors including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy, construction, telecoms, financing, IT and product liability, and has longstanding experience handling significant international construction and commercial disputes.
Anders is frequently appointed as an arbitrator by both parties and institutions such as the Finnish Arbitration Institute (FAI) and SCC Arbitration Institute, reflecting his strong reputation in dispute resolution.
He is active in the arbitration community as a Board Member of the Finnish Arbitration Association and the Law Society of Finland, and participates in international initiatives including the IBA Arbitration Committee and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
