Rimantas Simaitis is an attorney-at-law, arbitrator and mediator, currently serving as a Partner and a Head of the Dispute Resolution Department in Vilnius at the Baltic Law Firm COBALT. With over two decades of legal expertise, his practice centers predominantly on resolving complex private, administrative, and criminal disputes. Beyond his legal profession, Rimantas actively contributes to academia and scientific research. He holds positions as a Professor and a Senior Researcher at Vilnius University’s Faculty of Law, where he leads the E-justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) thematic scientific group. Rimantas is a Chairman of the Arbitration Committee of the Lithuanian Bar.
