Evaldas Pocevičius is a Partner at TRINITI JUREX and leads the firm’s International Dispute Resolution practice, with a particular focus on international arbitration. He regularly acts as counsel in commercial disputes, representing clients in complex cross-border matters under a variety of arbitral rules and across different industry sectors.
In addition to acting as counsel, Evaldas also sits as arbitrator, bringing to proceedings the benefit of experience from both sides of the arbitral process. His practice covers the full lifecycle of disputes, from strategic risk assessment and pre-arbitration negotiations to hearings, award enforcement, and set-aside proceedings.
Evaldas is actively involved in the development of the arbitration community in the region and is a frequent contributor to arbitration-related initiatives and events. His work combines strong advocacy with a practical, business-oriented approach, making him a trusted adviser in high-stakes disputes.
Evaldas is also a Member of Arbitration Committees at the Lithuanian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
