Renata Berzanskiene (Lithuania) is a Head of Legal at VILNIAUS DEGTINE, UAB & MBWS Distribution LT, UAB (both companies belong to Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits Group).
Until 2018 and for more than 19 years Renata was a partner at SORAINEN law offices with the focus on dispute resolution. From 2018 until the end of September 2025 she was a General Counsel at ORLEN Lietuva, AB.
For two terms (2018 – 2024) she was a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration with headquarters in Paris.
For more than 25 years, Renata is an arbitrator at the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration where she was arbitrating more than 70 cases as co-arbitrator and chair, and was and still is actively involved in promotion of arbitration.
For more a decade Renata was included into the list of Court Mediators in Lithuania and she is a panelist at the Czech Arbitration Court, the Arbitration Court of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and the Ukrainian International Commercial Arbitration Court.
Renata was one of the co-authors of current version of the Law on Commercial Arbitration in Lithuania.
