Krzysztof Ciepliński is an advocate and partner in Gide’s Warsaw office. He specializes in dispute resolution.
He represents Polish and foreign companies in proceedings before common and administrative courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He conducts complex commercial disputes, often cross-border in nature, and advises on attempts to reach an amicable settlement.
