Dr. Patricia Shaughnessy, a professor at Stockholm University, specialises in international disputes and commercial law. She is a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration and the ICC Commission, and formerly the Vice-Chair and Board member of the SCC Arbitration Institute (2006 – 2018). She is the President of the Willem C Vis Moot Organization. She serves as an arbitrator and expert, and as a senior expert in legal development projects in many countries. She previously practiced law in the United States and has been a US Supreme Court judicial fellow.
